• Develop and run a sales strategy in the allocated territory.
• Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Keep CRM system up to date with customer information.
• Geographically based in Australia or New Zealand.
• 3+ years sales/account management experience.
• Experience closing deals valued at $100,000+.
• Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory.
• Experience with Global Payroll or HR software is advantageous.

Requirements

• 3+ years sales/account management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segment.
• Ability to outbound prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of their pipeline.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Desire to work for a fast-paced startup.
