Overview

The Account Executive, Deel Immigration is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts.

In Short

  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and wider Immigration industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work strategically alongside core AEs to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Drive business growth collaboratively with the SDR function.
  • Foster strong relationships within sales, marketing, and product organizations.
  • Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills required.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2+ years closing sales experience.
  • Experience with process/playbook selling (i.e., MEDDIC, Challenger).
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup.
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA.
  • EMEA located.
  • Fluent in English plus one other European language.
