Project Coordinator, Field Action Remediation - Remote

Overview

The Field Action Remediation Project Coordinator will support the SDS organization within our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Business Unit by managing field action deliverables in compliance with our quality and regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Plan, coordinate, and implement small projects as assigned.
• Lead customer remediation for all applicable field actions.
• Supervise and report on field action budget.
• Gain expertise in databases like SAP and SharePoint.
• Assist Senior Project Managers with preparing the remediation team.
• Contact customers to schedule remediation projects.
• Communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
• Work with minimal supervision as part of a remote team.
• Manage multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Life Sciences.
• Two or more years of experience in project management.
• Prior experience within a regulated industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and deal with ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence preferred.
• Proven organization and time management skills.
