Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Representative will provide effective customer service for all external Liberator Medical Supply customers, utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

• Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of medical industry or call center/customer service experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Problem-solving skills with a variety of variables.
• Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
