Overview

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Assist customers with requests and inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Supervise assigned accounts and deliver customer expectations.
  • Complete contract forms and determine service charges.
  • Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered.
  • Provide input and complete freight bills.
  • Compile and submit accurate reports as requested.
  • Track productivity and invoicing.
  • Report irregularities to management immediately.
  • Work in a flexible schedule, especially during peak seasons.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in a customer service-based setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle incoming calls and emails effectively.
  • Commitment to meeting customer expectations.
