Clinical Education Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Education Consultant provides a world-class customer education experience through the consultation, creation, and delivery of BD Infusion product education. This position serves as the education subject matter expert and aims to positively impact adoption and clinical success during product implementation and post-implementation activities.

In Short

• Provide customer education on BD Infusion products.
• Act as a subject matter expert for BD Alaris™ System.
• Leverage IV therapy best practices in education delivery.
• Engage in go-live activities and ongoing support.
• Deliver concise communication with customers.
• Facilitate education-centric implementation calls.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical and business operations.
• Support Field Trainer program through mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with training processes and work instructions.
• Travel for customer education and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current active nursing license required.
• Experience with EMR documentation systems.
• Acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BD Infusion products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Valid driver license and ability to travel 75-100%.
• Must meet vendor credential requirements for customer sites.
