Medical Education Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Medical Education Consultant will assist in the development and execution of educational training and programs for Neurovascular Health Care Personnel, ensuring effective training on the use of Neurovascular devices.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of training programs for Neurovascular healthcare personnel.
• Collaborate with various teams including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Sales Leaders.
• Design and develop educational courses to enhance HCP training.
• Maintain HCP Training and Education records.
• Drive business objectives through effective education and training.
• Travel approximately 75% for field engagements.
• Ensure compliance with Medtronic's regulatory and quality requirements.
• Enhance communication with customers to ensure training effectiveness.
• Support district meetings as requested.
• Engage with Physician Faculty to enhance educational opportunities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical lab, clinical training, or field sales/support in medical devices.
• Knowledge of Neurovascular Interventional Radiology devices is a plus.
• Prior training and education experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Physical ability to meet job demands.
• Commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Background as a registered nurse or radiology technologist is beneficial.
