In Short

  • Perform online conflict of interest searches on potential clients.

  • Produce daily reports on conflicts searches.

  • 1+ years of general office experience required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in general office work; law firm experience preferred.
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong database search skills.
  • Ability to type 35-40 wpm accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new technology and software.
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
