In Short

• Support the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
• Provide advanced litigation support for significant commercial disputes.
• Manage discovery and maintain litigation databases.
• Prepare materials for hearings and trials.
• Coordinate trial logistics.
• Conduct advanced fact research and analysis.
• Assist with document collection and tracking.
• Draft legal documents and filings.
• Provide on-site trial support.
• Record billable time and tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a paralegal program preferred.
• Exceptional time and task management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.
• Familiarity with trial support software.
• Availability for overtime as needed.
