Requirements

• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery.
• Personal Injury experience.
• Forwarding Complaints to process servers.
• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions.
• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions.
• Conducting status update calls with clients.
• Fast typing skills preferred.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Great customer service skills.
• Must have experience with Personal Injury Law.
