An experienced Transportation Adjuster is needed to join a dynamic team at Davies North America, focusing on commercial transportation claims and providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Handle first party property damage, heavy equipment, and cargo damage claims.
• Analyze and apply coverage on both routine and complex claims.
• Adjudicate claims in an expeditious manner.
• Set and maintain diaries for claims management.
• Complete client reporting in a timely manner.
• Control loss adjustment expenses and recommend reserves.
• Document all correspondence and decisions in the claims system.
• Display superior report and letter writing skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in handling commercial transportation claims.
• Active Texas All Lines Adjuster license.
• Maintain CEU credits for Adjuster license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• High-level proficiency in grammar.
• Ability to edit and proofread documents.
