In Short

• Handle high exposure third party property damage and bodily injury claims.
• Provide excellent customer service and analyze coverage.
• Adjudicate claims professionally and efficiently.
• Document all correspondence and decisions in the claims system.
• Maintain diaries and control loss adjustment expenses.
• Complete client reporting in a timely manner.
• Work with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors.
• Must hold a valid Texas license and be able to secure others.
• Prefer candidates with 5 years of commercial transportation experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience preferred.
• Strong report writing and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Above average computer skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Litigation experience required.
• Valid Texas all lines license, additional licenses a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
