Overview

Davies North America is looking for an experienced Program Leader to manage a team and program consisting of multiple projects commissioned by the Group Executive Committee. This role requires excellent time management and organizational skills to achieve project and program objectives.

In Short

• Directly manage a team of Project Managers and Business Process Analysts.
• Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to defined processes.
• Provide Six Sigma coaching and manage project financials.
• Facilitate project status reporting and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience in program management.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Direct management experience of a team.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in operational and technology-focused projects.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
