Overview

The Lead Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that Envato’s operational analytics capabilities drive efficiency, impact, and growth, providing actionable insights that improve business processes and support decision-making.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards for key operational metrics.
• Partner with teams across Envato to align operational analytics with business objectives.

• Promote analytics best practices and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Stay ahead of AI-driven advancements to enhance reporting, analytics, automation, and insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and data visualisation skills (e.g. Tableau), with DBT Cloud highly regarded.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or AWS Redshift.
• Strong understanding of business operations and key performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Highly autonomous, outcome-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive business impact through analytics in a high-growth environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to align analytics to business outcomes.
• Experience coaching analysts and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Experience implementing or improving analytics best practices and documentation.
