In Short

• Diagnose issues customers are experiencing with Shakepay
• Provide accurate and timely support on Shakepay’s offerings
• Work cross-functionally to resolve customer inquiries
• Assist with KYC account verification requests
• Review documents to support customers in regaining account access
• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email
• Collaborate with internal teams through Slack and Google Meet
• Manage e-Transfers and pending transactions
• Identify unusual account activity for escalation
• Help with technical issues like 2FA

Requirements

• 1+ years in a Customer Support or Operational role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
