Overview

This role leads the definition, development, and optimisation of automation and intelligent agent capabilities within the Claim Pilot ecosystem, driving the strategy and delivery of features that enhance claims handling and operational workflows.

In Short

• Shape the automation and intelligent agent components of the Claim Pilot product strategy.
• Define core automation agents and their expected benefits.
• Own the roadmap for automation agents and workflow automation.
• Lead discovery, validation, and user research to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Build automation features that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Track performance metrics such as throughput and cycle time.
• Drive adoption of automation features across internal teams and clients.
• Create training and enablement materials.
• Communicate roadmap updates and value outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams for compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance, claims, or regulated operations.
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation and API-first platforms.
• Familiarity with global product governance.
• Experience in platform migration or consolidation.
• Curious, outcome-oriented, and user-centric mindset.
• Able to simplify complexity and collaborate effectively.
