In Short

• Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Support Functions.
• Lead the Total Cost Optimization process across all Datavant Departments.
• Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Develop integration strategies for acquired companies.
• Create financial models to forecast impacts of acquisitions.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations during acquisitions.
• Support monthly internal and external reporting.
• Lead a team of finance analysts.
• Communicate financial insights to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for cost synergies and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance.
• Experience with COGS/SG&A-heavy finance structures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to drive change and improvement.
• Experience in healthcare or software/technology is a plus.
• Graduate degree in business or an analytical field is a bonus.
