Senior Cost Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Cost Manager will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive project control services, including estimating, budget development, and cost management, to support the company's ambitious growth plans in the LATAM & NA region.

In Short

• Provide project control services including estimating and budget development.
• Assist clients in procurement discussions and guidance.
• Develop detailed cost plans and review cost estimates.
• Drive value engineering and provide cost insights.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and risk assessments.
• Manage post-contract processes and liaise with stakeholders.
• Travel to various sites as required.
• Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables.
• Attend client meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
• Prepare and present high-level cost advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management.
• MRICS or similar preferred.
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and OSHA certification.
• Proficient in CostX and Microsoft Office.
• In-depth industry knowledge of construction technologies.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
