Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in CRM or related fields, with 4+ years in leadership.
• Advanced Spanish and English proficiency.
• Proven track record in developing impactful CRM strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Expertise in marketing automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Braze.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep analytical skills to translate data insights into strategies.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and customer segmentation.
• Experience in marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
