Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to assist site cost managers and the client program director in executing all reporting and ad hoc needs to meet financial reporting and audit requirements monthly.

In Short

• Lead business process and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change through data mapping and training.
• Analyze datasets to identify risk trends and recommend escalation points.
• Conduct analytics on sparse datasets for actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for real-time risk analytics.
• Produce monthly risk appetite reports comparing trends against thresholds.
• Deliver weekly status updates on the Risk Management Operating Model.
• Ensure reporting adheres to OSHA compliance standards.
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

Requirements

• BS and/or equivalent related experience (5+ yrs).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills – Excel/Word/PowerPoint, MS Invoice, Compass, PowerBI, SAP.
• Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to professional development.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to manage and inspire direct reports.
