Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team and help turn data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions across the company.

In Short

• Analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that support business goals.
• Help teams define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and maintain dashboards in tools such as Power BI and Metabase.
• Ensure reports are intuitive, reliable, and tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Automate recurring reporting processes where possible.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to support their data needs.
• Validate data sources and outputs to ensure high data integrity.
• Implement and champion data-driven practices across the company.
• Contribute to company-wide analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, physics, informatics, computer science or other STEM-related fields.
• You have more than 3 years of relevant experience as a data analyst.
• You have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills.
• You have advanced proficiency in SQL and visualization tools.
• You are fluent in business English.
