In Short

• Set and lead the day-to-day work of their direct reports with guidance and collaboration from the director and other department managers.
• Develop core relationships with internal stakeholders on customer success and operations teams.
• Stay informed of risk adjustment and healthcare industry trends.
• Create internal and external-facing content.
• Develop analytics processes and solutions that maximize efficiency.
• Evaluate and propose solutions to make the best use of available technology and data assets.

Requirements

• Critical thinking skills and a curiosity to solve complex business problems.
• Successful track record leading and managing in a remote environment (2+ years).
• 3+ years of experience with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models.
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple communication channels.
• A degree or equivalent years of work experience in a technical capacity.
