In Short

• Lead the Provider Experience Zone with a focus on strategy, vision, and execution.
• Combine SaaS product expertise with a passion for user experiences in healthcare.
• Define long-term product direction and coordinate with Commercial and Operations teams.
• Own product KPIs related to adoption, retention, and financial performance.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for provider needs.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX experts.
• Ensure timely product delivery with a focus on quality and success.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with market needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers to inform product direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years leading SaaS product teams.
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing multi-product strategies.
• Deep understanding of user experience and customer-centric design.
• Proven ability to collaborate in fast-moving organizations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated SaaS environments preferred.
