Sr. Director, Product – Provider Experience & Enablement - Remote

Overview

An experienced Sr. Director of Product is needed to lead the provider-facing Customer Experience Products portfolio, overseeing the full end-to-end digital, physical, and operational experience for healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product management and customer experience leadership.
• Experience in healthcare or healthtech preferred.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Deep empathy for end users and commitment to improving their experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and human-centered design.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; MBA preferred.
