In Short

  • Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing insights from surveys, interviews, and feedback channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Fama.
  • Develop and deliver clear narratives to communicate product goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Empower teams with training materials and demo scripts.
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams for successful delivery of features.
  • Lead Agile processes to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and integrate feedback for enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership or marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex ideas.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Experience with product engagement tools like Pendo or Amplitude.
  • Competency with collaboration tools such as Figma or Asana.
