• Analyze large datasets for trends and insights about coding output.

• Design and deploy reporting to support business users’ needs.
• Automate reporting and analytics for scalability.
• Run risk adjustment models to forecast patient risk scores.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and database technologies.
• Deep understanding of Risk Adjustment business analytics.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience analyzing risk adjustment data.
• Ability to build and deliver robust reports.
• Experience in using BI and data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well-developed time management skills.
• Experience with cloud services and machine learning is a plus.
