• Perform outpatient facility coding audits of medical records.
• Provide rationale for identified changes in coding.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes.

• 5+ years of outpatient facility coding experience required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of outpatient facility coding experience and/or auditing.
• CCS certification required; RHIA or RHIT preferred.
• Maintain a 95% accuracy rate.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, and other EMRs.
