Overview

As a Director, Enterprise Customer Success, you will hire and develop multiple teams, coaching first line managers and individual contributors to success. You'll be expected to seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and detailed execution in an effort to create alignment, trust and buy-in overtime. This role ultimately impacts our customer experience and retention at scale.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of managers distributed across the APJ region
  • Leverage data and feedback from your team to maintain an intimate understanding of potential customer experience issues and renewal risks
  • Work closely with your management team and Enterprise CSMs to ensure effective application of proactive customer engagement playbooks
  • Drive effective collaboration among the cross-functional leadership group in APJ
  • Communicate local market challenges to global leaders with recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in leading Customer Success teams as a second line leader
  • Experience working in SaaS, ideally with time in cloud infrastructure, observability or developer tooling
