Overview

The Senior Lead Implementation Specialist is a strategic, customer-facing leader responsible for supporting complex pre-sales initiatives and driving the successful delivery of large-scale ERP implementations in major markets.

In Short

• Lead ERP implementation projects across major markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation or solution architecture.
• Proven success with large, complex ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments managing multiple initiatives.
• Experience with SaaS ERP platforms and integrations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
