Senior Solutions Architecture Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Sr. Solutions Architecture Specialist (SA) at HashiCorp, you will work in a high-performance environment and will serve as a product or solution domain expert, providing Customers with deep technical guidance at strategic points during customer journey with HashiCorp.

In Short

• Assist as a domain expert and escalation path to progress strategic opportunities across the entire customer journey
• Establish and maintain an understanding of the overall HashiCorp technology portfolio
• Recognized as a specialized domain guide aligned to HashiCorp Vault or Boundary
• Assist in complex technical due diligence activities
• Deliver sophisticated product presentations and workshops
• Collaborate with Account Teams to identify and handle Customer risks
• Partner with HashiCorp Product Management to translate Customer needs into solutions
• Act as educators and advisors to HashiCorp Sales teams
• Help foster an environment for ongoing customer success
• Domestic and occasionally international travel is required

Requirements

• 7+ years experience with solution architecture or sales engineering
• B.S. degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Ability to work well in a highly-dynamic environment
• Comfort working remotely with high independence
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience responding to customer objections
• Experience crafting technical content
• Deep technical expertise in infrastructure management
• Proficiency with software development concepts
• HashiCorp Vault Experience
