In Short

• Dandy is hiring an experienced scan review associate to deliver a best-in-class service to our dental practice clients.
• You will interface with users by providing feedback on digital impressions.
• Develop feedback loops and work with operations leadership to build out our product.
• This role is ideal for someone with a dental design background.
• Available shifts include 11:00AM-7:45PM and 12:15PM-9:00PM (EST).

Requirements

• 4+ years CAD/CAM digital design experience using 3shape.
• Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology.
• Chairside and lab experience preferred.
• Experience using intra-oral scanner software & hardware.
• Customer service experience required.
• Basic understanding of tech platforms.
• Ability to adapt and empathize with customers.
• Ability to problem solve independently.
• Intellectual curiosity and research abilities.
• Willingness to fix problems in a hands-on manner.
