In Short

• Build scalable systems to allocate labor, track OEE, and ensure all orders and labor are scheduled.
• Implement strategies and tools for on-time delivery of orders.
• Partner with Product and Data to define system requirements and enhance architecture.
• Lead dashboard builds for real-time insights on performance.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and lead pilots/rollouts for operational improvements.
• Connect Strategy Operations, Product, Data, and Manufacturing for effective system architecture.

Requirements

• 6+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles.
• Strong program/project management skills.
• Experience designing and implementing systems for scale (ERP/MES).
• Data-driven problem solver with SQL or similar tools.
• Strong communicator to translate operational needs into system requirements.
• Self-starter with high ownership and detail orientation.
