In Short

• Lead training sessions for new dental practices.
• Deliver engaging onboarding programs both virtually and on-site.
• Coach practices on scan quality and digital workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback post-launch.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct monitoring sessions to ensure best practices.
• Travel up to 20% for in-practice training.
• Work Monday-Friday, 12:15pm-9pm ET.
• Help practices adopt Dandy tools effectively.
• Recognize and celebrate progress with practices.

Requirements

• Experience with digital dental platforms or clinical technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.
• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable.
• Organized in managing multiple trainings.
• Skilled in encouraging behavior change.
