Overview

We’re seeking a senior team member ready to embrace a bigger challenge as a proactive and supportive Trainer who will play a key role in guiding and inspiring our team. This role blends hands-on team leadership and training responsibilities, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality service and ongoing staff development.

In Short

• Deliver training for new starters to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Provide ongoing training to existing staff, including upskilling and support.
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging training materials.
• Support the wider team by answering day-to-day questions.
• Assist with customer support and verification tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and performance trends.
• Be a reliable point of contact for team support and escalation.
• Provide support to the team manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
