Requirements

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in delivering software training programs.
• Understanding of local government entities and their software needs (preferred).

• Proficiency in using various productivity and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and methodologies.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of software training.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt training sessions.
