Overview

The Trainer is responsible for project management and performance coaching, ensuring effective training development and delivery.

• Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching.
• Interact with Program Managers to manage training requests.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for curriculum developed.
• Manage projects to create learning solutions on time and budget.
• Provide updates to leadership on progress and results.
• Coordinate logistics and manage materials for learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback.
• Deliver training sessions/workshops both face-to-face and remote.
• Observe coaching sessions and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Must be a regular employee.
• At least 3 months tenure in the current role.
• No active disciplinary actions.
• Average Scorecard Rating of at least 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player, dynamic, and adaptable to change.
