Trainer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to support a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.

In Short

• Support the Retention Team to maximize customer satisfaction and policy retention.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for onboarding new employees.
• Improve team performance and promote additional capabilities.
• Deliver structured training modules and facilitate spot training sessions.
• Monitor trainee-generated transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Track training hours and participant progress.
• Create and update training content based on policy changes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve training effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing guidance on system use and retention strategy.
• Participate in planning and delivery of learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid background in customer service, insurance, or call center environments.
• Strong skills in content creation and delivery.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay informed of industry trends.
• Proficient in using various educational tools and techniques.
• Ability to make recommendations for training improvements.
• Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
