In Short

• Lead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site.
• Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Support full platform adoption from day one.
• Serve as a trusted coach post-launch.
• Monitor early scan quality and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify gaps in product usage and offer targeted follow-up.
• Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
• Recognize early wins and celebrate progress.

Requirements

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable.
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple trainings.
• Persuasive and supportive coach.
