Customer Experience Partner - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Experience Partner, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring outstanding service delivery and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling.
• Provide value-added business solutions to customers.
• Resolve queries with shippers, customers, and key account managers.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to prevent errors.
• Prepare and submit documents in a timely manner.
• Responsible for customer retention and cross-selling/up-selling.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in conference calls for effective communication.
• Work with the commercial team to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience with logistics/supply chain.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to drive issues to closure.
• Good understanding of operational processes.
