  • Contribute to the development of internal support processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or account management.
  • Experience managing sensitive client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Understanding of global employment regulations.
  • Analytical and effective problem solver.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident in using CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and German.
