Overview

DailyPay is seeking a Client Success Enablement Manager to join our growing team. This role is designed to enhance the effectiveness of our Client Success team by developing and implementing comprehensive enablement and training programs.

In Short

  • Design and deliver training programs for the Client Success team.
  • Develop enablement materials including training guides and product documentation.
  • Identify and manage tools that increase team productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the Client Success team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive customer success.
  • Establish and refine enablement programs based on team feedback.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Client Success or Sales Enablement.
  • Deep understanding of client success principles.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and training material development.
  • Analytical abilities to leverage performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or related field.
