Senior Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading and facilitating the Scrum process within a cross-functional development team. You will work closely with product owners, feature owners, and team leads to manage dependencies, ensure smooth collaboration across teams, and drive continuous improvement within our agile processes.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Experience in Agile environments with complex projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of removing obstacles and managing dependencies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
• Ability to coach and guide teams on Scrum principles.
• Experience with roadmap planning and cross-functional team leadership.
• Familiarity with other Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of software development processes.
