Senior Scrum Master (Remote)

Overview

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support our Engineering Scrum Teams and help the company build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

In Short

• Facilitate effective communication among team members
• Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress
• Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
• Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
• Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
• Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
• Remove roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams
• Tweak and adjust the team’s Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery, as needed
• Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to mentor and train team members
• Experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies
• Problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks
• Experience with product backlog management
