Senior Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes across multiple teams, coaching teams on Agile methodologies, and ensuring the efficient execution of product development cycles. As a servant leader, you will guide teams to reach their full potential, removing roadblocks, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, while fostering a continuous improvement mindset. This role will require close collaboration with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

In Short

• Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams in adopting Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder the team’s ability to deliver quality work.
• Provide insights into team progress and performance using Agile metrics.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Help teams enhance their understanding and adoption of Agile principles.
• Support organizational Agile transformations across departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile metrics and reporting.
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
• Experience in change management is a plus.
