• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master focused on product strategic planning and team implementation.
• Lead Agile teams and facilitate product planning.
• Ensure proper implementation of Agile methodologies and processes in a continuous development and deployment environment.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team to create effective product roadmaps.
• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, leading Scrum ceremonies.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize development and delivery processes.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.
• Mentor executives, managers, and teams in Agile principles and practices.
• Foster a culture of learning and experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a focus on product planning, story mapping, DevOps, CI/CD, and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or other relevant Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in creating product roadmaps and facilitating story mapping.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Leadership and ability to guide teams to success in Agile environments.
• Problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Atlassian tools.
• Degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
