In Short

• Own the Cynomi Framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Lead data mapping and integration of external compliance frameworks.
• Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity and compliance.
• Support enablement initiatives for internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve content creation processes.
• Engage with CISOs and consultants to gather feedback and refine methodologies.
• At least 8 years in information security, with 5 years in a senior role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience with regulatory standards and security tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead initiatives independently.

Requirements

• 8+ years in information security, with 5+ years as an auditor or CISO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience with regulatory standards like ISO 27001, NIST-CSF, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
• Hands-on experience with security tools like SIEM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, GRC platforms, and project management tools.
• Experience in providing tailored security solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation and compliance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English for professional engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
