Relationship Manager (IT Staffing MSP/VMS) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow our IT staffing relationships within MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VMS (Vendor Management System) environments.

In Short

• Build strong working relationships with MSP program leads and hiring managers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on market trends and fulfillment strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer to improve service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple VMS platforms.
• Attend regular MSP program calls and status updates.
• Ensure prompt submission of quality candidates by recruiting teams.
• Analyze VMS data for performance metrics.
• Provide regular reporting and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all guidelines and protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in IT staffing preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT staffing with MSP/VMS accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of MSP programs and major VMS platforms.
• Track record of exceeding performance metrics.
