Overview

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Sales Operations Specialist (Revenue Ops) to partner closely with Sales leaders. The ideal candidate will provide key support through reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

In Short

  • Partner with Sales leadership to deliver reporting and insights for decision-making.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, utilizing data-driven models.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor sales rep productivity and success.
  • Analyze sales data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data workflows and process automation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to Sales leadership for improving sales operations.
  • Drive continuous improvements in sales processes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) to support data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English: Excellent communication, writing, listening, and reading skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency: Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Sales Operations experience: Strong background in sales reporting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Experience partnering with Sales leaders to drive process improvements.
  • Analytical skills with an ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other advanced analytics tools is a plus.
