Overview

Cyera is seeking a Training Specialist to support the operational delivery of training programs for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, focusing on coordinating training logistics and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS).

In Short

• Support operational delivery of training programs for GTM teams.
• Coordinate training logistics and maintain the LMS.
• Monitor enrollments and track completion data.
• Assist with formatting and QA of training materials.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS.
• Work closely with Sr. Learning Architect and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure training content is accurately assigned and effectively tracked.
• Support setup of virtual or in-person training sessions.
• Make light updates to existing training content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training coordination or LMS administration.
• Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System.
• Familiarity with training formats and content tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with a learner-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally.
