Overview

Samsara is looking for an Enablement & Training Specialist to ensure that our Global Customer & Technical Support teams’ learning programs are well executed, engaging, and deliver measurable results. This role will have an immediate impact on both the agent and customer experience for a growing 24x7 global support team.

In Short

  • Facilitate engaging live-virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Track and report progress for onboarding and ongoing training events.
  • Stay connected with support agents and customers through shadowing and coaching.
  • Review and update existing training content.
  • Collaborate on the design and development of new training experiences.
  • Up to 25% international travel may be required.
  • In-person presence required for training activities in CDMX office.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading remote training events.
  • 1+ years in technical writing or instructional design.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Expertise with facilitation tools like Zoom and Google Slides.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
